国际民事管辖权协调的基本原则是指在处理涉外民事纠纷的法院管辖权时，为避免或防止冲突，各国应遵循的基本指导思想或必须把握的基本点。国际民事管辖权协调的基本原则主要包括合意管辖原则、有效原则、便利原则和先受理法院管辖原则。当发生专属管辖权冲突、平行管辖权冲突和排除管辖权冲突时，应采用适当的协调方式解决。

英文摘要:

The principle of coordination of international civil jurisdictions is the guideline for every country in dealing with jurisdictions in foreign case, and for the prevention from conflicts. The principle of coordination of International civil jurisdictions includes principle of jurisdiction bby agreement, effective principle, efficient principle, principle of court received the case first. A coordination resolution should be employed in case of confilict between exclusive jurisdiction and parallel jurisdiction.
