非法占有目的是非法掌握或控制财物的意欲，是盗窃、诈骗等非法取得他人财物的取得罪主观方面故意所包含的内容。它不具有区分盗窃罪与一时盗用的非法行为，以及盗窃等取得罪与故意毁坏财物罪的机能，也不是侵犯财产的犯罪故意之外的主观要件。

英文摘要:

The purpose of illegal possession refers to the desire of possessing or controlling properties illegally. In addition, it also means the content that should be included in the subjective intention of the crimes of acquiring other people's property illegally such as theft and fraud etc. It doesn't have the function that can differentiate the crime of theft and occassional use of other people's property without permission, the crime of acquisition with the quality of theft and intentional damage of property. Furthermore, it's not the subjective requirement of the crimes of encroachment upon property beyond intention.
