“检警一体化”主张不符合各国检警关系的设置模式，不利于维系检警之间的合理“张力”，将削弱国家刑事侦查能力，而且不具备实践可行性。但为适应刑事诉讼的改革发展，需协调检警关系，强化侦查监督。为此作者提出了调整检警关系的三项原则、两套方案和一系列具体措施

英文摘要:

The concept of integrating police and procurator is incompatible with the models designed in various countries for the police and procurator relationship.The concept of such integration is not favorable to maintaining a reasonable tension between police and procurator and will serve to weaken the criminal investigation powers of the state. In addition, it is not viable in practice. To keep pace with the proposed reform in criminal proceedings in present China, it is strongly advised that the relationship between police and procurator be properly coordinated and the investigation gupervision reasonably consolidated. For that purpose the writer of this thesis has conceived and put forward three principles, two sets of schemes and a series of concrete measures for coordinating the police and procurator relationship.
