本文以《左传》、《国语》等文献中的大量例证为基本材料，结合春秋时期的社会状况，分析了春秋刑罚与战国以后刑罚的不同之处，认为春秋刑罚具有非法定性、非必行性、非规范性和半国家性四个特点。

英文摘要:

Based on the materials of a large quantity of examples and evidences provided for in the documentation such as Zuozhuan and Guoyu, the article analyzed the distinctions of criminal punishments in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Post Wartime Period together with the social conditions of the Spring and Autumn Period, and held that the criminal punishment in the Spring and Autumn Period was of four features: non-legalization, non-necessity for implementation, non-normalization and quasi-statehood.
