The article had the opinion that, being relieved from the old model and textbook system, the development of the Chinese jurisprudence in recent years has showed itself in a better state with emphasis on the reality, and academic groups with the characteristics of academic schools have been formed, while problems such as lack of development summarization and insufficient establishment of branches of learning are still existed. The article also explored the relationship between the basic study and applied research from the gradation of subjects, value selection, intermediate connections among levels of subjects, and relations of substance and formality. |
