现代世界各国均重视科学技术手段在刑事侦查中的运用，我国立法也规定了技术侦查。本文就具有代表性的两种技术侦查，即测谎检查和秘密录音录象等的运用进行了研究，并就其适用范围、条件、程序及所获得的材料的使用提出了立法建议。

英文摘要:

In the world today, every country attaches great importance to applying the scientific measures in criminal investigation, and the technical investigation is stipulated in Chinese criminal law.This paper is a study of two kinds of typical technical investigation-polygraph testing and electronic surveillance, and it advocates the suggestion of legislation on their applying scope, condition, procedure and the admission of information which it has obtained.
