It tallies with the law of action that a judicial resolution on a case is refuted in the after procedure. But many people often regard it as an only essential feature of a misjudged case when they project and carry out the system of investigation of the responsibility for judicial errors. The author of this article analyses and criticizes this error with metaphysical characteristics, and maintains that a subjective fault of the judicial official is necessary if this responsibility for a misjudged case is investigated. |
