检察官是参与司法活动的重要人员，司法公正的实现与检察官有密切关系。实现检察官公正司法，应从检察官的定位、素质、权利保障等方面解决。本文着重论述：正确把握检察权的司法性与行政性的关系；检察官独立负责与检察一体原则的关系；检察官政治、品德素养和业务素质的培养提高；正确认识和处理追究检察官责任与权利保障的关系。

英文摘要:

Procurator is the important participant in judicial activities. Judicial justice is closely related to procurator. In order to guarantee judicial justice of procurator, questions such as the status, quality, rights protection of procurator should be resolved. The main questions discussed in this article are as follows:The relationship between judicial character and administrative character of prosecutive power and the relationship between procurato rindependence and the principle of integrating police and procurator should be handled correctly. The political, moral and professional quality of procurator should be improved. The relationship between legal responsibility of procurator and rights protection should be treated and handled properly.
