刑事诉讼证明中程序证明标准是一个新概念 ,该概念与实体证明标准并列。通过对两者的比较、分析及其运行的探讨 ,为刑事诉讼证明标准科学化、理性化注入了诉讼公正与正当程序要求 ,为实现诉讼文明提供了实质性条件。

英文摘要:

The procedural standard of proof is a new concept in the criminal procedure，and both of the procedural standard of proof and the substantive standard of proof are all important.By comparing and analyzing the two standards，and discussing the practical roles of the two in the criminal procedures，we can improve the criminal standards of proof，and emphasize the signification of just and due procedure，and contribute to the procedural civilization.
