| The development of western China has raised many new questions for as well as injected new vitality into the development of contemporary Chinese law and the research thereof .Both the historical experiences in developing the West and the realities of the contemporary time demand that，in the process of developing the West,China must establish the sense and abide by the principle of the rule of law and draw on the legal mechanisms of regional development in other countries.To this end,it must establish a development mechanism compatible with the rule of law,perfect the market economic legal system in the West,so as to organically combine the macro-control with the market mechanism,,adjust various interest relationships through law in order to create a situation of coordinated development under a unified leadership,protect and build up the ecological system in accordance with the law to achieve sustainable development,and implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country with the development of science and education in order to establish a sound mechanism of self一development in the western region.Meanwhile,China must establish the basic legal norms for the development of the West and gradually reform the relevant legislative system,judicial system and mechanism of legal services. |
