各国的现实表明 ,现代化与犯罪存在着相应的关系 ,现代化必然导致传统型犯罪向现代型犯罪转变。基于现代型犯罪的基本特征以及我国国情 ,可以揭示当代我国犯罪的变化规律 ,并提出犯罪控制的理论方案和具体方法。

英文摘要:

In the analysis of the general relationship between modernization and crime，the paper illustrated that modernization must result in the social mechanism through which traditional crime is transferred to modern crime.Based on conception of the basic characteristics modern crime，the author generalized the changing rule of the modern crime under the Chinese social conditions，and put forward theoretical schemes and concrete methods for crime control.
