| The article draws out the topic with the key facts of person，rule of law is rule of lawyers intrinsically.It discusses the symbol of the formation of lawyers.Community,their special way of thinking,their professional ethics，and expounds the role lawyers play in rule of law within the scope of judicial area.The author holds his basic viewpoint that lawyers belong to a special rank that is different from that of executive officers，it requires special skills，especially，special way of thinking，which needs to match with spccial profcssional ethics,while the occupational disease needs to be restrained by special professional ethics.It is of great significance for lawyers to have both ability and political integrity to help build a country of rule of law. |
