司法审查是WTO法律框架中的重要内容 ,涉及法院的司法审查权、司法审查的标准和范围等一系列行政法学理论问题。鉴于目前学术界对这些问题尚存在较多误解 ,有必要通过研究和论证 ,准确把握WTO中司法审查的具体规则及其与我国司法审查制度之间的关系 ,以期推动我国司法审查制度的发展和完善。

英文摘要:

Judicial review is an important mechanism in the framework of WTO legal system. There is a lot of misunderstandings of and controversies over questions of judicial review in the academic wand.Therefor，research should be conducted in this area to accurately grasp the specific WTO rules of judicial review and its relationship with the Chinese system of judicial review，which need improvement and development.
