集体所有权是在合作制经济中产生和发展起来的所有权形式 ,它不同于共同共有、总有和公司法人所有权。集体所有权的主体是集体经济组织。我国城镇和农村的集体所有权将长期存在。

Cbllective ownership is a form of ownership that has emerged and developed under the coopera-five economic system.It is different from ccownership，aggregate ownership or ownership by corporation.The subjects of collective ownersship are collective economic organizations.Cbllective ownership will exist for a long period of time in both urban and rural areas in China.
