司法证明的目的和标准是两个密切相关的概念。研究司法证明的目的和标准 ,必须考察司法证明的基本范畴。司法证明的目的可以带有一定的理想性 ,但司法证明的标准必须具有现实性。司法证明的目的在各种案件中都应该是统一的 ,司法证明的标准则可以根据案件种类的不同而有所区别。司法证明的目的是客观真实 ,司法证明的标准是法律真实。

英文摘要:

The goals and the standards of judicial proof are too closely related concepts.To study the goal and standards of judicial proof，we must examine the basic scope of judicial proof.The goal of judicial proof may be idealized whereas the standards of judicial proof must be realistic.The goal of judicial proof should be the same，whereas the standards of judicial proof may be different，in different types of cases.The goal of judicial proof is objective truth whereas the standards of judicial proof are legal truth.
