| 中国农民应该获得社会保障的保护。这是因为 ,获得社会保障是宪法赋予农民的一项权利 ;农民在民主革命时期和社会主义建设事业中作出过重大的牺牲和贡献 ;农民为我国的经济体制改革和精神文明建设作出过重大的贡献。然而 ,我国农民的社会保障状况令人堪忧 ,必须尽快予以改变。改变的办法是建立具有真正“社会”性质的农民社会保障制度。 |

| Chinese peasants should enjoy the protection of social security system.This is because that the right to social security is a right guaranteed to the peasants by the Chinese Constitution;peasants had made great sacrifice and contribution to the democratic revolution and socialist construction as well as to the economic reform and the construction of spiritual civilization.The current social security situation of peasants is very worrisome and need to be changed as soon as possible through the establishment of a peasant social security system of genuine "social”nature. |
