The concept of ecological law should include the following three aspects: protection of the natural environment, the rational exploitation and utilization of natural resources and prevention and control of environmental pollution. It should include the rights and duties relating to the earth, rights between generations, and the relations between men and the nature in the ecological society so as to achieve the harmony between men and the nature. It should be based on non-human-centric ecological ethics, ecological economy and ecology-oriented legal concepts. |
