生态法的概念应包括人们保护自然环境、合理开发利用自然资源以及防治环境污染等三个内容；包含从时间维度出发的地球权利和地球义务即代间权的问题，以及处理生态化社会阶段中的人与自然之间的关系问题，从而达到人与自然和谐共存的目标。其伦理学基础是非人类中心主义生态伦理观念；其经济学基础是生态经济学；其法哲学基础是生态本位主义的法律观。

英文摘要:

The concept of ecological law should include the following three aspects: protection of the natural environment, the rational exploitation and utilization of natural resources and prevention and control of environmental pollution. It should include the rights and duties relating to the earth, rights between generations, and the relations between men and the nature in the ecological society so as to achieve the harmony between men and the nature. It should be based on non-human-centric ecological ethics, ecological economy and ecology-oriented legal concepts.
