司法证明的真理性属于实践标准检验范围。包括案件真实在内的非规律性认识属于辩证唯物主义认识论中的“真理”范畴，离不开实践标准的检验；另一方面，尽管司法证明是一种逆向思维，但不能因此否定实践标准对它的检验作用。否定实践标准在检验司法证明真理性方面的作用，将使司法证明的目的和标准不具有确定性。

英文摘要:

The truthfulness of judicial proof does not go beyond the scope of the truth, which should be tested by the practice. The non-principle knowledge, including case fact s explored, still belongs to the scope of‘truth' of dialectical materialism epistemology, thus it must be tested by the practice. The characteristic of converse proof of the judicial proof couldn't become a rational reason for the denial of the test of practice. Without the test of practice, the aim and the standards of judicial proof will become indefinite.
