| The conception, elements, types and reasons of rights are the basic problems to be researched for rights study. Various researches of these problems have led to various theories about the rights such as the analytical theory, the value theory and the social theory.The analytical theory about rights includes mainly the doctrines of Hohfeld and the arguments between the theories of claim and entitlement, the theories of interests and the will. The value theory about rights includes mainly the doctrines about the importance of rights, the limitation of rights and the equilibrium of the conflicts of rights. |
