The intangible property,which is mainly embodied as intellectual property,become increasingly importantas the resultof the developmentof society. Intellectual property rights are the extension of the traditional property rights. However,we arefaced with theproblem of how to develop a classification of intellectual rights and how to balance the natural rights,the interestof others and social justice.Therefore,the private nature of intellectual property should be emphasized. The intellectual property law can achieve its aims through traditional legal system in judicial proceedings. |
