法律有诸种不同的面相。作为规则的特定形态、作为一种人类活动、作为生命意识的表达等等，都是法学家们所观察到的法律的面相。对不同面相的侧重，形成了不同的法律理论，也产生了法学的分歧。

英文摘要:

The law could be expressed from many aspects, such as the specific conformation as rules, a kind of human activities, an expression of life consciousness, and so on. All of these are respective sides of the law observed by jurists. Emphasizing particularly on different aspects, different legal theories gradually come into being, which also results in the divergence of jurisprudence.
