公元一世纪的东汉有三大律家,但他们究为何人,文献不详。考诸史籍,参酌时论,可以认定,"律三家"指郭躬、陈宠、杜林及其各自所代表的律学流派,其研究方法与研究成果促进了东汉律学的繁荣。日本和我国台湾学者的有关观点值得商榷。

英文摘要:

In the first century,there are three great experts in Lv in the Eastern Han Dynasty,whose names are not recorded in related documents. According to the historical literatures and taking consideration of the comments, it can be held that’the Three Schools of Lv' refer to Guo Gong,ChenChong, DuLin and the schools they represent on the study of Lv science. The method and achievement of their study promoted the prosperity of Lv science in the Eastern Han Dynasty. And some related opinions raised by Japanese and China Taiwanese scholars are open to question.
