There are many similarities between the system of China and that of continental law countries, especially in that court should review the investigation files and should make decisions accordingly. But the files of continental law countries are more multiplex than those of China and have only relative function. The type oI judicial organinations, the aim of jurisdiction and the litigation structure can explain the characteristics of the system of China' s criminal files, which will remain in a long time with changes in their formation and usage. |
