| Under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee, China has achieved positive results and accumulated rich experiences in this round of judicial system reform. Judicial system reform is taken as the breakthrough point in the comprehensive deepening of reforms as well as an important guarantee for the all-round advancement of ruling the country by law. In the implementation of the judicial system reform, China has upheld the leadership of the Party, emphasized top design, complied with legal requirements, progressed steadily after experimentations, distinguished between primary and secondary contradictions, and grasped the key links. These experiences of judicial system reform, which have been proved successful by practice, constitute an essential part of Xi Jinping's thought of judicial system reform as well as an important component of Xi Jinping's legal thought. Further studying Xi Jinping's thought of judicial system reform is of great significance to comprehensively deepening the judicial system reform and advancing in an all-round way the rule of law in China. |
