中国特色社会主义法治体系是中国特色社会主义制度的重要组成部分,是全面推进依法治国的总抓手。习近平总书记立足新时代全面依法治国实践,反复强调要聚焦建设更加完善的中国特色社会主义法治体系,为强国建设、民族复兴伟业提供坚实法治保障。立足新时代新要求,建设更加完善的中国特色社会主义法治体系,需要从格局、形式、内容、功能四个维度精准发力,构建起系统完备、科学规范、运行高效的法治体系整体框架。建设更加完善的中国特色社会主义法治体系,既是习近平法治思想在实践中不断丰富发展的重要体现,也是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求。要实现这一目标,必须坚持党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国有机统一,以系统观念统筹推进各领域各环节法治建设,充分彰显法治固根本、稳预期、利长远的保障作用。

英文摘要:

The system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is an important com-ponent of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and serves as the overarching le-ver for comprehensively advancing law-based governance. Based on the practice of comprehen-sively advancing law-based governance in the new era, General Secretary Xi Jinping has re-peatedly stressed the need to focus on building a more complete system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, so as to provide a solid legal guarantee for the great cause of building a strong country and realizing national rejuvenation. To build a more complete system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics in response to the new requirements of the new era, we need to make targeted efforts in four dimensions, namely overall structure, form, content, and function, so as to construct an overall framework for the rule of law system that is systematic complete, scientifically standardized, and highly efficient. Building a more com-plete system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is an important manifestation of the continuous enrichment and development of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in prac-tice, and an inevitable requirement for advancing the modernization of China's governance sys-tem and governance capacity. To achieve this goal, we must uphold the organic unity of the principles of the Party's leadership, the people running the country, and law-based govern-ance, coordinate the advancement of law-based governance in all fields and at all links with a approach of system, and fully demonstrate the guaranteeing role of the rule of law in consolida-ting the foundation, ensuring stable expectations, and delivering long-term benefits.
