But the current system of procuratorial supervision of China to some extent harms the court's judicial authority, Detailedly analyzing the wrong theory on which China's system of procuratorial supervision bases, and comparing and appraising foreign civil procuratorial systems, the article clearly points out that the inherent value and requirement of judicial independence is the rejection of external supervision and intervention, and then puts forward some specific reforming measures on the difficult position of China's current procuratorial system. |
