中文摘要:

国际干涉与国家主权的关系是当今国际法研究中的一个重大课题。在世界新形势下 ,传统的国家主权面临一系列新挑战 ,但日益增多的国际干涉存在着明显的缺陷。国际干涉与国家主权既有矛盾的一面 ,又有一致的一面。我们既要维护传统国际法上的国家主权 ,又不能一味地排斥所有的国际干涉 ,重要的是国际干涉行动必须遵循一些重要的国际法准则。

英文摘要:

The relationship between state sovereignty and international intervention is an important issue in the present international law research.Under the new wand situation，on one hand，traditional state sovereignty confront a series of new challenges,on the other hand，there exist inherent defects in the increasing international intervention.Both contradictory and consistent are international intervention and state sovereignty.In the future international practice,we not only defrend state sovereignty,but also not stubbornly reject all international interventions.Furthemlore,international intervention should adhere to some important principles of international law.
