犯罪嫌疑人是刑事诉讼中的诉讼参与人，对其进行正确认定既能保障无辜的人不受追诉，同时又有利于确实保障被认定为犯罪嫌疑人的诉讼权利的及时行使。分析犯罪嫌疑人与被告人、初查时的犯罪嫌疑对象之间的界限，旨在解决确认一个人为犯罪嫌疑人需要具备哪些证据，这些证据应该达到一个什么样的标准，以及确认犯罪嫌疑人这一法律身份的起始时间和程序等问题，从而为正确认定犯罪嫌疑人提供一个具有可操作性的标准和规则

英文摘要:

Accurate determination of criminal suspects, who are the participants of criminal proceedings, is important both for ensuring timely exercise of procedural rights by those who are determined as criminal suspects and for the protection of the innocent against prosecution.By analyzing the differences between the criminal suspect, the defendant, and the suspected person in the initial criminal investigation, the author tries to solve a series of problems, including the range of evidence, the criteria of proof, and the procedure for the determination of the legal status of criminal suspects, so as to provide operable standards and rules for the determination of criminal suspect.
